| ACTOR BASHING/CHARACTER BASHING |
| Actor bashing is not allowed. Analysis was allowed at one time but is now considered off limits due to board history.
Character bashing consisits of extreme or consistant negativity against a character to the detriment of these boards. Opinions which are presented in a thoughtful manner are fine. The moderators will determine what crosses the line and will advise any poster as needed. Once advised, the poster will be expected to comply. |
| BEHAVIOR |
| Fighting, bickering, jabs and any other unkind/unnecessary/unwanted behavior is considered disruptive behavior. New posters should be able to read this board and not be intimidated or disgusted by any infighting taking place between various fan bases or posters.
1) Do not chase posters from thread to thread. Dogging (following) posters around the board, picking apart their posts and setting a trend of challanging a specific poster or group of posters will not be allowed. This activity will result in a permanent ban with no warnings. 2) Stop dropping jabs and then crying foul. If you can dish it out, you will have to be capable of taking it. 3) You are responsible for your actions. No matter what another poster says or does, you will be held accountable for your posts. 4) Posters who start an argument or an argumentative thread will be banned for a week. Once the ban is lifted, and you do it again, that's it. Your screen name and IP address will be banned permanently. 5) While the board is open to all opinion, it's not open to disruption. If you aren't able to discuss the couple without attitude, you need to stay away from the threads because YOU are responsible for your messages. The excuse that you are just responding to something someone else wrote doesn't cut it. If you are unable to create a thread without attitude, you need to forget about creating the thread. This board is open to opinion, but we're not open to baiting, jabbing and returning in kind. Respect for your fellow posters, the actors and the moderators is expected at all times. 6)Disruptive posting can be determined by the moderators and is subject to immediate termination of your account as deemed necessary. 7)If you can't post in a non-disruptive manner you will be banned with no warning issued. If anyone here is intent on continuing an argument, create yourself a board and have at it. 8)Gang mentality, whether directed at posters, actors, or tptb has outlived it's welcome. State your opinion and allow others to state theirs. 10)Discussion concerning your fellow posters is unacceptable as well as discussions concerning problems on other boards. |
| PRIVATE MESSAGING |
| The Private Messaging system is in place for posters to expand their enjoyment of the board. It's not here to be used as a tool to agitate, aggravate or incite your fellow posters.
Misuse of the PM System will necessitate the following: 1) The 1st PM deemed inappropriate will result in your member status dropping to a to-be-determined status that will be banned from PM use for 1 week. 2) The 2nd PM deemed inappropriate will result in your member status dropping to a status in which PM privileges are banned permanently. |
| BANNERS |
| 1. All banners or images must be no larger than 500 pixels wide by 150 pixels high.
2. All images must follow the policies and guidelines of the TeleNext Media Message Boards. 3. The use of images must accent the boards, not deter posters from it. Negative text above, below or within the banner and banner space is not allowed. 4. TeleNext Media Message Boards may ask at any time to remove any image for any reason without any given notice if it feels the image is inappropriate. 5. Images and/or Banners should be limited to one (1) line. Stacking of banners and/or images is not allowed if it exceeds the 150 pixels height limitation. 6. Lines of text below your banner in your signature should be limited to two (2) lines. 7. Pictures that are copyrighted or owned by another party cannot be used unless previous permission is given. 8. Failure to abide by the image guidelines may result in your inability to post images on the TeleNext Media Message boards. |

New Recruits = under 30 days of membership/counts don't matter Rookie Members = above 30 days but below 50 posts JuniorMembers = above 30 days and above 50 posts A New Recruit is advanced to a Rookie Member after 30 days of membership. A Rookie Member is advanced to a Junior Member at 50 posts. Junior Members and beyond are allowed to vote in polls. |

| Please review recent threads to see if you see one that is similar to the thread you are thinking of creating. If it is similar in nature, please post to that thread instead of creating a new thread. Repetitive threads are subject to being merged into the same thread in order to keep multiple discussions on the front page. |

| You have six stages of membership: New Recruit, Rookie Member, Junior Member, Member, Senior Member and 5,000+ Member.
New Recruits = under 30 days of membership/counts don't matter Rookie Members = above 30 days but below 50 posts JuniorMembers = above 30 days and above 50 posts A New Recruit is advanced to a Rookie Member after 30 days of membership. A Rookie Member is advanced to a Junior Member at 50 posts. 5000+ Members will be able to change their own subtitles at any given time. The subtitles must be within the boards' policies, just as the posts are. Also, at every 5,000 interval, you will have the chance to "name" the Junior, Member, and Senior Member subtitles. |
