Meg and Paul grow closer, but will she really cut bait with Craig and go forward with the divorce? At the same time, Gwen tells Barbara the good news -- that Sofie has agreed to let the adoption stand. Then,,Will drops the bomb. He explains that he, Gwen and the baby are moving away. How will Babs take the news – especially considering her own situation? While on the other side of town, Margo realizes that Gray has escaped with Matt. What does she do next? What has kept her from getting a divorce from the beginning if she's so in love with Paul? She's been spouting all kinds of bs about wanting to move on and whatnot and she hasn't gotten a divorce from Craig yet? This just keeps me thinking that she still loves Craig and that he will be back for her.

Sexis, Meg talks out of both sides of her mouth. She loves Paul, she marries Craig. She says she married Craig to get Worldwide back for Lucinda, but then she holds on to it. She says she hates Craig, but doesn't accept the annulment he arranges for her. She lies to Craig about their marriage, and chases Paul behind Craig and Rosanna's backs. She cheats on Craig, and lies about that.

So for Meg, what's one more lie? She tells Craig she wants nothing more to do with him, so he sends her divorce papers and then she dithers about it? Frankly, she's such an attention hog that it doesn't surprise me that she uses the papers to play the "oooh! what should I do? I'm so conflicted!" card with Paul. What does surprise me is that Paul's stupid enough to fall for it.

I give the writers credit for being consistent in Meg's continued egregious behavior. There's no fuzz on what she is....and it's not good.

I couldn't have said that any better! The only time MEg is ever truly happy is when she is the center of attention because according to MEg's pathetic mind, it's all about HER!

Thank you for posting that. The spoilers sound great. I am happy the writers are moving forward with all the couples. It is great that Paul and Meg are growing closer and I am happy the writers are keeping them togather and not having them sleep with or use other people to get over each other.

I think this spoiler is very telling. Paul believes she's sincere. After all of this, she's still not sure she wants to be free of Craig - even though he attempted to kill "the love of her life" (who's actually Josh, NOT Paul).

LOL, soapdom deserves credit for those little questions that cast doubt as to the character's intent. Let's not forget the other spoilers; 'Meg hunts for Craig to finalize their divorce'; 'Meg opens up to Paul'; 'Meg and Paul draw closer'; 'Meg and Paul talk about their future'.

Meg's not going to waver in signing those divorce papers. When she gets the papers from Craig, she's going to be both happy and relieved about it. The fact that Friday has Paul and Meg talking about 'their' future means there's a future to talk about, LOL.

The main thing that has kept Meg in the mindset of not being able to be with Paul is not that she in any way loves Craig; it's that Craig is still tied to her, legally, and as long as that's the case, there's the probability of retaliation on Craig's part were she to reconcile with Paul. Craig has stated that if he couldn't have her, he wasn't going to let Paul have her either. She told Luke that she can't move on with her life until she has cut ALL ties to Craig emotionally and LEGALLY. There's a reason Paul and Meg 'grow closer' and that's because once Meg's LAST tie to Craig is severed (divorce papers) then her fear of the 'unending nightmare' of a war between Paul and Craig will be put to rest once and for all and she'll feel it's safe to start over with Paul. Craig has been a thorn in their side since Nov. 2006 and they are finally removing the last thistle attached. I for one couldn't be happier as it signifies a new beginning and an inevitable reunion for Paul and Meg. ;):Wub::Wub::Wub::Wub::Wub:

When you go to CBS.com and go to where is says coming next week on ATWT there is a picture of Paul/RH and they have will Paul finally get his true love? That is very tell becasue they consider Meg to be Pauls true love and the fact that Paul is not giving up on Meg is great.

I agree with your post. Every spoilers has said Meg and Paul grow closer and it is great the writers are making that point and showing the viewers that no matter what Paul is not going to give up on his true love Meg.

The writing for Paul and Meg has improved.:IMHO: The writes sure know how to keep people talking about fake characters on a show. Way to go writers keep up the good work
