Why would Katie want Simon to know about wanting to have a baby if the writers are not planning A Simon's baby?

To give Simon another reason to get more involved with Carly or maybe just because the writers can't think of anything to do with Simon and Katie except the same old tired and predictable scenes.

Because Katie can't stand the idea that Simon is ignoring her and if she tells him she and Mike are trying to have a baby, she thinks it'll get a rise out of him and turn his focus back toward her. Katie might love Mike but it's totally obvious that she's not over Simon and she wants his attention turned back towards her.

Katie just wants to get a rise out of Simon because she's jealous of him and Carly. But I definitely love Skatie and always will!

I love Skatie but how do we know that Katie goes to Simon. In the spoiler it says Simon goes to Katie. I see both Katie and Simon trying to get a rise out each other.Even if Katie tells him about the baby.If he so over her he won't acuse her of doing it because she jealous of him and Carly.It not just Katie playing games it's Simon too.

ITA with you Katie & Simon are both trying to get to each other by pretending that they're "over" each other.... just like Carly & Jack are both pretending to want a divorce that neither one of them wants. :rolleyes:

I loved Katie and Simon back in the day.....but he has left over and over again...why would they bring them together if he is going to leave? Same song and dance...I want it different this time....I want him to fall for Carly.....they have several months...Katie is mad as hell...Mike is mad at Katie......Jack grovels at Carlys feet, and finally wins her back......Thats what I would write.....
