I think it could be a mixture of both...Parker feels that he's "lost" his father in Jack, now that he and Carly signed the papers, and now he's trying to deal with losing Jen...It's going to be very hard for him.

I pretty much figured that all of Jen's words to Dusty would go in one ear and out the other...He won't be happy until he destroys everyone in his path. Paul's grieving, but he could care less about that; his grieve doesn't count like Dusty's does :rolleyes:

To be nasty towards Lucy is just plain stupid....Would he treat Bob Hughes the same way if he made a mistake with Jennifer? Most likely yes, because Dusty has turned into a vengeful, nasty person.

Usually when they are doing a triangle and it consists of a couple being married and another person being in the middle, there has to be someone to play the third wheel.

Henry played the thrid wheel when he was married to Katie and she was still pining for Mike; same thing when Mike was married to Jennifer; Jennifer was the third wheel in her relationship.

If this is Matie story, I think Simon's prescence in their lives would be a nuisance more of a threat. Simon is more of a threat than a third wheel in a relationship. He should have been a third wheel if this it is matie story, therefore I suspect this is a Skatie's story not a Matie's story.

This is going to shift gears...if they are going to be doing a brief pairing of Simon and Carly, then it's going to be a Matie/Skatie/CarJack situation....

Even though Paul signed on for just a few months, that can be changed to longer per TPTB...just like they are doing with Damian.

Just wondering why the story is so one sided against Mike. I know that Mark's contract is up in feb. I wonder if this his last contract with atwt and they are setting up for his exit....

I don't get that either, it seems like they rushed them to marry for Simon's return just
like they rushed them to be engaged the time before.

I also don't get how Mike got over her part in Nick's deal in 0.5 seconds and going on a honeymoon. It's all just so contrived for Simon.

I think Dusty's reaction seems very real for Dusty. Also even in real life, people often act inappropriately when a loved one dies and lash out at the wrong people. I love Dusty and think they are writing him true to character.

I'm also glad that at least there is a mention of Adam and that we will see how this affects Parker too. :cry: However I htought he was alrady back living with Carly :confused: I do hope this changes the way Babs is with her kids and that it makes her save her psycho moments for non-family members Beg Sorry I just have no interest in Paul and Emily and Meg and how it affects them.

I don't care "whose" story it is, but the intorduction of Simon and Vienna have make Katie and Mike more interesting to me.

I'm also looking forward to more of Maddie's story and am glad that she gets to show a more serious die for a change. I think Alex will be excellent.

I agree also. But much to my surprise when I found these boards, there are a lot of people who only watch for certain characters or couples, and they will fast forward through the characters and couples they're not interested in. So that's why this makes a difference for some people. It actually determines whether they will watch or not.

Carly learns about Jen from Jack and forces herself to keep a distance on several levels, explaining with two meanings to Parker about how sometimes you have to say goodbye.

You see Jen is ONLY ONE who helps Dusty calm down even in her death. I don't see why they couldn't recast her. It makes no sense!

I have a feeling we will be seeing that next week instead. Maybe it didn't fit in yesterday. I think it goes right along with this part of the spoiler though:

Parker’s anger towards God affects Carly. Hope it's okay to copy that little bit.

I think it's an important part of the story so would expect we will see it yet.

I hated it everytime Taylor came back from the dead. I guess because I just never liked her. But I loved it when Felecia was able to come back. I can see something like that happening for Jen. I would accept it. I still think they should look into getting Jennifer Finnigan to try out for the role. I think she would be great.

When Taylor died... I was heartbroken... but when she came back... I thought that it was a stupid thing to do. Because the way she has died, there is no way that it was possible to have her back. So I was disappointed. And it made no sense. It was roidiculous, the way they found to have her back. :rolleyes:

I think that if they want to recast Jennifer, well, do it realistically. I mean first of all let her go to another hospital or send her in Europe. But please don't let her die :rolleyes: Or if so... Let suppose that she died in a fire or a plane crash...and try to find something that could be possible in the near future to have her back. But if we see her die on screen in Dusty's arms, with funeral and everything else. Please don't think we're stupid enough to think that finally she didn't die.

If she dies. Well let her stay die or do something else.

For my part, it's not a secret. I don't like the character. So If she's not back. I won't cry.

I don't really expect them to bring back offscreen characters for things like this anymore as nice as it would be. Since Adam is mentioned next week, I hope Nikki would be too. This has happened so fast that in reality there probably wasn't time for them to get there. And I do hope they at some point remember to tell Mike also.

Jennifer and Nikki were past that. Nikki was supposed to have been the maid of honor at Jen's wedding to Mike and something happened at the last minute that she couldn't get there.

Sadly, when i posted I understood Dusty keeping people away from jen after she died, I didnt mean that she wouldnt be dead--I have no inside information...I meant that he is not ready to let her go---grief---wanting to hang on...I think I would be the same way......:(
