I don't mind if Casey and Maddie break up, I'm sure it won't be for long, but I'd hate it if Maddie left the show.:cry: This girl is a breath of fresh air, and I don't want to lose her.

Alexandra Chando is doing a great job. IMO, she is the best teen actress/actor on the show! ATWT is certainly lucky to have her. I was fortunate enough to meet her at the ATWT luncheon and to talk to her some at the Martinis with Henry event. She is a sweet, beautiful, young woman. She posts often on her fansite, which is really nice of her. :)

I have liked Casey so much better since Maddie has been on the scene. I am disappointed that she and Casey will hit a rough spot, but hope that it will only be temporary. However, even though I like them together, I was not ready for them to rush into things the way that Gwen and Will did. I do not want Casey to "sleep" with Jade and/or Gwen though either.

Since summer has just begun, and with tptb loving teen s/ls, it's hard to believe they would write Maddie off the show. Her s/l is just heating up, and we're just about to find out about her background. What would we be left with? Gwen and Will have become kind of boring lately, and Casey would be set adrift with no girl anywhere near his age except for Jade who seems to be destined for someone else. Luke's s/l has never been part of the teen scene. With the exception of firing Hunt Block tptb don't seem to shoot themselves in the foot very often, and that's just what they'd be doing if Maddie goes. She's one of my favorite characters, and I'm a pretty long way from being a teenager .

I could see casey and maddie breaking up, but i don't think she is leaving the show. There is a lot about to happen with her, and i doubt that she would leave in the middle of it all. Maybe she thinks about leaving but then the whole murder thing makes her stay??

I don't think Maddie will be leaving. I've read that she will be at the heart of some mysteries this summer. I hope they don't have her leave. I don't think she and Casey will be apart for long.... at least I hope not.

I don't think she's leaving either. She may go back to her mom's for a day or so after she and Casey break up, but I think she'll be back. We've been hearing too much about her upcoming SLs for her not to, IMO!

Nah, I don't think it's true. They might break up, but I don't see her leaving to go with her mom - unless her mom comes to visit.

With the new story with Dallas, I don't find it likely. :)

I doubt it just because it seems like the story they are writing is that she is in Oakdale because of something that happened at home. I am thinking she didn't actually do something but something tramatic happened to her. I really like this girl. I'm not a big Masey fan but I saw her special on MTV and I have to say I fell in love with her. She is young, talented and driven which is always good things. I actually like the character and think she has so much potential.
